GAITHERSBURG, Md. (7News) — A man was arrested and faces charges of assaulting and kidnapping a Lyft driver, according to Montgomery County police.
On May 24, Alexander Cleveland Hailey, 28, of White Oak, pulled out a handgun on a Lyft driver and forced them to keep driving, police said.
