TEMPLE HILLS Md. – The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit identified and charged a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting in Temple Hills in late April. The suspect is 51-year-old William Jolly of Clinton. He’s charged with murdering 38-year-old Juanita Frazier of Washington, DC.
On April 28, 2026, at approximately 10:15 pm, officers with Maryland-National Capital Park Police – Prince George’s County Division and the PGPD responded to Oxon Run Community Park for the report of an unresponsive woman. Frazier was located in a parking lot suffering from a gunshot(s) wound. She died at the scene.
