MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A man in Montgomery County was arrested after police said he reportedly hit someone in the head with an umbrella.
The Takoma Park Police Department said officers were first dispatched to a reported assault in the 1100 block of University Boulevard just after 11 p.m. on July 8.
