FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — An illegal immigrant accused of killing his 3-month-old daughter has been indicted on aggravated murder and child abuse charges, according to the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
Misael Lopez Gomez, 28, was indicted on new charges following the March 27 death of his infant daughter at a home in Falls Church.
