WASHINGTON (7News) — A driver has been arrested and charged months after a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a 61-year-old pedestrian in Northwest D.C., police said.
The Metropolitan Police Department said 34-year-old Shaneia Gregnesia Lincoln of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was arrested Monday. Lincoln has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the deadly crash.
