Silver Spring Uber Driver Charged With Indecent Exposure After Allegedly Urinating Beside SUV At Lusby Intersection

LUSBY, Md. — A 59-year-old Silver Spring man is facing indecent exposure and disorderly conduct charges after a Calvert County sheriff’s deputy alleged he stopped at a Lusby intersection, stepped out of an SUV and urinated beside the vehicle in view of passing motorists while a passenger remained inside, according to court documents.

Simon Haileselassie Tehre, 59, of Silver Spring, was arrested in connection with the Aug. 21 incident and charged in Calvert County District Court with misdemeanor indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
