NEW HOLLAND, Pa. — A Virginia man is facing multiple charges after police in Lancaster County claim they caught him driving a stolen vehicle.
Catalin Fiearu, 32, of Alexandria, was pulled over by a West Earl Township Police officer who spotted him driving a red Toyota Sienna without a license plate at about 11:45 p.m. on August 25, the police department said.
