The Montgomery County Department of Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has completed its investigation into a March 22 crash that killed two passengers, resulting in charges against the driver.
Police said 24-year-old Daniel Danny Aguilar Medrano, of Rockville, has been charged with two counts of negligent manslaughter by vehicle.
According to investigators, Medrano was driving a gray 2025 BMW M8 eastbound on Norbeck Road near East Gude Drive at speeds between 119 and 126 mph before losing control. The posted speed limit is 40 mph…
