Friday, August 28:
In the 1st District, which includes Rockville and parts of Potomac, two auto thefts were reported. One occurred in the area of E Jefferson St. and Monroe St. between 8:30am and 1:00pm on Wednesday, August 26 (reported Friday), and another was taken from the 400 block of Elmcroft Blvd. at approximately 5:00pm.
