NEW HOLLAND, PA — A 32-year-old Virginia man was arrested after police say he was driving a stolen vehicle without a license plate.
Officer Zachary Crills of the West Earl Township Police noticed a red Toyota Sienna driving on West Main Street without a license plate at 11:45 p.m. Aug. 25.
