WASHINGTON (7News) — Metro announced that trains and buses will be halted for a minute on 9/11 in memory of the terror attacks on that date 25 years ago.
The Thursday announcement said that Friday morning, all trains and all buses that can safely do so will stop moving for a minute of silence on the 25th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
