WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Medics checked one person for injuries after a U-Haul truck crashed through a cinder block wall in Southwest D.C. on Sunday, officials said.
According to the DC Fire and EMS Department, crews responded to the incident shortly before 9:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Capitol Street SW.

There, crews found that a small U-Haul box truck had gone from inside the building to the outside through a cinderblock wall.
Medics evaluated one person for injuries; however, officials said they declined transport.
