ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The chief executive of an Alexandria-based digital forensics company has been arrested on a federal charge accusing him of concealing from U.S. government agencies that the firm was owned and controlled by Russian nationals and that its software was developed in Russia.
Lee Reiber, 55, of Boise, Idaho, the CEO of Oxygen Forensics Inc., was arrested Sunday in Idaho, made an initial appearance Tuesday in federal court there and was released on bond, the U.S. attorney’s office for the Central District of California announced Wednesday.
