Kaloyan Stoev has been sentenced to 120 years in prison for the 2025 shooting deaths of 26-year-old Marcell Hebron and 27-year-old Leilani Marroquin in Rockville.
Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge John Maloney imposed the sentence on Monday, September 28. A jury convicted Stoev on April 23 of two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and two counts of possession of a firearm while prohibited.
According to investigators, Stoev was seated in the back seat of a BMW during the early morning hours when he opened fire on Hebron, who was driving, and Marroquin, who was in the front passenger seat.
