ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) — A 24-year-old Bethesda, Maryland, man was arrested after allegedly throwing glass bottles from a residential balcony and shattering the rear windshield of an occupied vehicle in Arlington, Virginia, police said.
According to the Arlington County Police Department, officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at about 10:26 p.m. on Saturday in the 3100 block of 10th Street North.
