WASHINGTON (7News) — A building partially collapsed at Davenport and 42nd Streets NW Wednesday morning after the driver of a car crashed into a parked truck that was then pushed into a vacant building , DC Fire and EMS said.
According to authorities, no one was trapped during the collapse and there were no injuries…
