WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Two men are behind bars more than a month after a shooting left a man dead near Meridian Hill Park, D.C. police said Wednesday.
Authorities charged 46-year-old Tim McCrae and 48-year-old Henry Buchanan with premeditated first-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of 23-year-old Xavier Fogle.
