WASHINGTON (DC News Now)— Three people, including a young boy, are recovering following two Friday night shootings.
MPDsaid someone shot and wounded the child around 7:30 p.m. near the corner of 7th Street and O Street NW, close to the Kennedy Recreation Center. Investigators are still looking for the shooter.
“It’s very disappointing to watch a community unravel like this,” said Devin Wilson, who lives close to where the shooting happened.
