A Rockville man has been indicted on federal charges alleging he and his co-conspirators submitted more than $100 million in fraudulent health insurance claims for at-home COVID-19 tests, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland.
Marc Aaron Potash, 57, faces one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, seven counts of health care fraud and five counts of conducting transactions involving criminally derived proceeds, federal prosecutors announced Friday.
