Oak & Laurel, an on-campus fine dining restaurant and bar in Georgetown University’s Hoya Hotel, formally opened Oct. 21.
The restaurant, located on the first floor of the Leavey Center, serves modern American cuisine and marks the university’s first on-campus fine-dining option. Oak & Laurel held a soft opening Oct. 15, offering bar service and appetizers during Georgetown’s family weekend.
