The attorney representing the family of a man killed during a chase by U.S. Park Police said she is “disgusted” by an image seen printed on the back of an officer’s shirt.
The graphic depicts two skeletons dressed as Park Police officers standing over a skeleton in handcuffs next to an overturned, wrecked car.
