WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — DC Fire and EMS said it was investigating a natural gas odor situation in Northeast D.C.
The natural gas odor is in the 100 block of C St. closing the surrounding area.

Due to the investigation, the following areas are closed:
- North West door of the Dirksen Senate Office building
- C St. door of the Hart Senate Office building
- C St. between First and Second Streets
DC Fire and EMS said anyone needing to access the Hart building should use the Second St. door.
