WASHINGTON (TND) – Two young children were arrested in Washington, D.C. on Friday after they tried to rob a woman at nearly 1 a.m., according to authorities. The Metropolitan Police Department said one of the boys was 9 years old, while the other was 13 years old. Police did not identify them by name, as they are minors.
