LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – UPDATE Emma has been found safe in Fairfax, Virginia. Her family has been notified and arrangements have been made for her to return home. The Northern Lancaster Regional Police Departments says a follow up investigation on the details of her disappearance will be conducted.
