SUITLAND, Md. (WKRC) – Prosecutors claimed a woman was murdered by her boyfriend after he learned of her transgender identity. According to WUSA, 20-year-old Taya Ashton was found shot to death inside her apartment in July of 2021. Her boyfriend 29-year-old DeAllen Price was arrested and charged with her murder.
