WASHINGTON (7News) – Grant applications are open for D.C. entrepreneurs who are returning citizens or justice-impacted individuals. People who were previously incarcerated, on probation or on parole are eligible to apply for the Aspire Incubator Program. The program will award 20 D.C. residents up to $5,000 each for successfully completing various business development milestones under the guidance of mentors.
