Prince George’s County police release video of two more suspects in toddler’s murder

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGCPD) released video of two more persons of interest in the murder of a two-year-old last week.

Arrests made in murder of 2-year-old boy shot in Prince George’s County; mother recovering from injuries

On Feb. 7 at about 9:45 p.m., a man was seen on surveillance video getting out of a 2003 gold Ford Explorer and walking into a store in the 9200 block of New Hampshire Ave. in Silver Spring. A second person of interest was seen standing at the counter inside the store.

The Ford they arrived in was carjacked that morning in the 1500 block of Kanawha St. in Langley Park. It’s the same SUV the suspects fled in after two-year-old Jeremy Poou-Caceres’s murder.

The car has since been recovered.

Two men have already been arrested in connection with Poou-Caceres’s murder. The suspects are 33-year-old Israel Fuentes, Jr., of Lewisdale and 28-year-old Johnny Alejandro Turcios of Lewisdale – they were arrested on Feb. 8.
