WASHINGTON – A Maryland man is under arrest for his alleged role in a deadly overnight shooting in Northeast, D.C. Police identified 25-year-old Charles Demarco Best, of Clinton, MD, as the suspect who shot and killed 35-year-old Darius Robinson, of Northwest, D.C. Investigators believe the suspect and victim were known to each other.
