Glen Burnie (WBFF) – Police are searching for two teenagers involved in a hate crime from Sunday evening. On April 21 around 6:00 p.m., a male and female teenager broke a piece of concrete off of a flower bed and then used it to damage a memorial plaque standing in the garden of the Saint Albans Episcopal Church in Glen Burnie.
