WASHINGTON (7News) – A man is in custody after an attempted arrest led to a barricade situation in Northwest D.C. Tuesday evening, according to Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officials. Officers said they were attempting to arrest a man for possession of an open container of alcohol around 3:13 p.m.
