WASHINGTON – A D.C. man was arrested on Monday in connection to a deadly robbery at the Northwest dispensary Hotbox that happened back in March, DC Police said. On March 27 just before 3 p.m., police say two suspects armed with handguns entered the dispensary, which is near Georgia Avenue and Hamilton Street in Northwest D.C.
