WASHINGTON – Two people were shot Friday night in Northwest D.C. Police responded to a shooting around 10:30 Friday night on the 1000 block of Spring Road NW. Officers found a man and a woman who had both been shot. When they arrived, the man was breathing and conscious, but the woman was not conscious and not breathing.
