SILVER SPRING, Md. (7News) – A man is dead after a pedestrian-involved crash in Silver Spring Thursday night, according to the Montgomery County Police Department. Officers and EMS personnel responded to the area of East Franklin Avenue and Seminole Street around 7:19 p.m. for the report of a pedestrian struck by a car.
