WASHINGTON (7News) – A teenager was arrested for allegedly robbing a man and later riding away in his car in Northeast, D.C. on Wednesday. On the evening of Oct. 9, a man was walking to a restaurant after he parked his car in the 1600 block of Benning Road when three people approached him, holding a handgun, officials said.
