An assault in Logan Circle last week is being investigated as being “potentially being motivated by hate or bias,” according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD). According to the police report, a man was walking towards his home on the1300 block of N St NW just after 2:30 on October 27, when an unknown group assaulted him on the sidewalk.
