WASHINGTON – Multiple streets are closed while D.C. Police investigate a suspicious vehicle near the Capitol. Officers originally spotted a car driving on the sidewalk near Peace Circle and onto a grassy area near Constitution Avenue and Third Street NW. They then said they were investigating the vehicle on the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Police say officers took a man into custody and are investigating the car.
