MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) – Strosniders Hardware employee Hopeton Dobbs works outside, sometimes for hours at a time, and says working in freezing conditions poses a real challenge for him.
Dobbs operates the forklift at the hardware store located in Kensington. He said the recent snowy weather has made it extremely tough for him to do his job.
“It’s pretty tricky,” Dobbs said. “Two days ago, I just couldn’t move it. I just had to keep shoveling, and once the plow came through, I got some salt and put it down and work my way with the shovel until I get some good traction on it.”
