Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Alejandro Rojas Knotts, a missing 16-year-old.
Knotts was last seen on Sunday, January 19, at approximately 12 a.m., in the 14100 block of Arctic Avenue in Rockville. He is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 120Ibs., with brown eyes and black hair. He may be traveling with a 16-year-old female, Vitalina Sakharova who has been reported missing out of California. He is driving a dark gray 2015 Volkswagon Jetta with Maryland registration:
