MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Police in Montgomery County arrested three men for stealing a car on Jan. 1.
In a news release published Jan. 23, the Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said that officers arrested and charged 32-year-old Russell Bowie, Jr. of Silver Spring, 26-year-old Momodou Samba of Rockville and 34-year-old Phillip Laguerre of Rockville.
