WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has released the name of a 17-year-old who was killed in a double shooting in Southeast D.C. on Tuesday.
Police identified the teen as Izaiah Huggans, of Southeast, D.C.
