WASHINGTON — Two children, as young as 11 years old, are facing charges after police say they helped rob and assault a woman outside Union Station on Wednesday. The attack was reportedly caught on video.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, a 13-year-old girl and 11-year-old girl were arrested after videos of an assault outside of Union Station began appearing online.
Investigators say multiple underage suspects walked up to a woman as she was walking out of Union Station. The girls reportedly punched and kicked the woman, while one of the kids recorded the assault and encourages the others to keep attacking the woman…
