The teen, from Frederick, was arrested Monday, March 31, after a driver called 911 around 2 p.m. reporting someone pointed a gun at her during an aggressive encounter near Falls Road in Rockville, according to Maryland State Police.
The victim gave troopers enough information to identify the vehicle and suspect. Troopers from the Rockville and Frederick barracks — along with the Highway Gun Crimes Initiative — tracked the car down not long after.
