ROCKVILLE, Md. — Two young teenagers are in police custody after a man was pepper-sprayed and stabbed in Rockville Friday evening.
According to Rockville City Police, the stabbing happened near the Rockville Metro station on Rockville Pike shortly before 4:30 p.m. Callers who reported the stabbing described the suspects, only identified as a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy.
The victim, identified as a 39-year-old man, got into an argument with the teens when police say they attacked him. Investigators say the teens pepper-sprayed the man before stabbing him in the back. The pair reportedly then hit the man with a skateboard several times before running away…
