Someone killed a woman before her body was discovered inside a dumpster in a busy Northeast D.C. shopping center on Saturday, police say.
Donella Bryan, 62, was found dead in the 1600 block of Maryland Avenue NE, police said.
According to a missing person flyer, Bryan was last seen Thursday afternoon near her home on N Street Northeast about a mile and a half away. She was reported missing the following day…
