First responders, fallen heroes honored at 31st Annual Blue Mass in DC

WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — The 31st Annual Blue Mass was held at St. Patrick Catholic Church in downtown Washington, D.C. on Tuesday.

The tradition, which dates back to 1934, remembers those who have served in law enforcement and also is a time for the community to pray for continued protection for police officers and other first responders in the future.
