WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. Police are investigating two carjackings in Southeast since Monday night.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the first occurred late Monday night in the 300 block of South Carolina Avenue SE. Officers were called to the scene around 11:48 p.m. The victim told police he was sitting in his car when multiple suspects opened the door and pulled the victim out of the car. The suspects were unable to take the car and fled on foot.
Another carjacking was reported Tuesday morning in the 1500 block of Butler Street SE around 7:22 a.m. he victim told police their vehicle was taken and multiple suspects fled the scene. Those suspects were later taken into custody…
