DC man found guilty of distributing PCP

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A D.C. man was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute phencyclidine (PCP).

The U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for D.C. said in a news release that a jury found 44-year-old Norman Morris — also known as “Fibble” — guilty on Tuesday.

Court documents say that the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the FBI started conducting an investigation in September 2023 into a group that included Morris and some other co-defendants.
