WASHINGTON (7News) — 7News looked into the operations that must take place after the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday parade and festival in Washington, D.C.
As of Sunday afternoon, the stage in the middle of Constitution Avenue still needs to be removed, and stands, gates, and roadblocks are still up.
