6 hospitalized with heat-related illness following Stray Kids concert at Nationals Park

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — As temperatures climbed to the 100s on Monday, D.C. first responders said six people were taken to the hospital with heat-related illnesses following a concert at Nationals Park.

It all happened on June 23, near the Navy Yard and Ball Park area, where the Stray Kids World Tour took place at the stadium.

The DC Fire and EMS Department said that before the concert began, medics took one person to the hospital to be treated for a heat-related illness.
