DC police respond to barricade incident in Southeast

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in D.C. responded to a barricade situation in Southeast on Sunday afternoon.

In a post on the X platform around 12:55 p.m., the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said that officers were in the 2700 block of James M McGee Jr. Street, SE for the situation.

MPD’s Emergency Response Team was responding to the scene.
